Zusammenfassung

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is a 100% employee-owned, closed-door pharmacy serving individuals with IDD and behavioral health needs. Pharmacists work with nurses and care teams without retail interruptions, offering a collaborative environment to apply clinical knowledge.

We provide daytime hours, are closed Sundays/major holidays, and offer an ESOP and comprehensive benefits. LTC experience is not required; training will be provided for our care model.

Qualifikationen

• PharmD degree required.
• Active Missouri Pharmacist License or ability to obtain before starting.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Collaborative, dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassion for the individuals and care teams served.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Aufgaben

• Verify multidose medication packaging and MARs.
• Collaborate with prescribers, nurses and direct support professionals.
• Review medication therapies, interactions and clinical concerns.
• Maintain accurate MAR information for caregivers.
• Administer long-acting injectable medications as needed.
• Participate in medication reviews and other clinical initiatives.
• Work with the pharmacy team to provide accurate, timely care.
