Job summary

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is a 100% employee-owned closed‑door pharmacy serving individuals with IDD and behavioral health needs. Pharmacists work with care teams, without retail counters, providing clinical care in a fast-paced setting.

We welcome pharmacists from various backgrounds, including retail or specialty pharmacy, and will teach our systems and model of care. This is a daytime role with FT or PT options and strong team support.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree and Missouri license or ability to obtain before starting.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Collaborative and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassion for the individuals and care teams we serve.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Verify multidose medication packaging and MARs.
• Collaborate with prescribers, nurses and direct support professionals.
• Review medication therapies, interactions and clinical concerns.
• Maintain accurate MAR information for caregivers.
• Administer long-acting injectable medications as needed.
• Participate in medication reviews and other clinical initiatives.
• Work alongside your pharmacy team to provide accurate, timely care.
