Job summary

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is a 100% employee-owned, closed-door pharmacy serving individuals with IDD and behavioral health needs. Our pharmacists work with care teams without the retail counter, enabling deeper clinical involvement and relationship-building with those we serve.

We welcome LTC experience but do not require it. We’ll train you on our systems and care model, with daytime hours and a collaborative environment emphasizing patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree required.
• Active Oklahoma Pharmacist license or ability to obtain before starting.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Collaborative, dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassion for the individuals and care teams we serve.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Verify multidose medication packaging and MARs.
• Collaborate with prescribers, nurses and direct support professionals.
• Review medication therapies, interactions and clinical concerns.
• Maintain accurate MAR information for caregivers.
• Administer long-acting injectable medications as needed.
• Participate in medication reviews and other clinical initiatives.
• Work alongside your pharmacy team to provide accurate, timely care.
