Central Admixture Pharmacy seeks a Staff Pharmacist for our 7-on/7-off schedule at the Houston site. The role focuses on preparing compounded sterile products and supervising IV technicians, interns, and support staff.

You will ensure compliance with the State Board of Pharmacy, review orders for admixing, and participate in quality improvement initiatives, with on-site work and holiday/overtime as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or PharmD required.
• 1+ year of related pharmacy experience required.
• Valid TX Pharmacist license required.
• ACPE-accredited IV Certification required.
• Schedule: 7-on/7-off (Wed to Tue), 8:30 am–7:00 pm; holidays/overtime as needed.
• Salary range is $120,225.53 - $153,816 annually.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares compounded sterile products using aseptic technique.
• Supervises IV technicians, interns and support staff.
• Reviews orders for admixing and dispensing.
• Ensures compliance with the State Board of Pharmacy and other regulations.
• Provides after-hours On-Call coverage as needed.
• Maintains inventory and assists in daily pharmacy operations.
