Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares compounded sterile products using aseptic technique and CAPS SOPs.

• Ensures compliance with State Board of Pharmacy rules and CAPS SOPs.
• Reviews orders and prescriptions for admixing and dispensing; resolves discrepancies.
