Job summary

Central Admixture Pharmacy in Houston, TX is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to prepare compounded sterile products and supervise IV technicians under the Director of Pharmacy.

The role requires a TX Pharmacist license, ACPE-accredited IV Certification, a Bachelor's or PharmD, and at least 1 year of related experience; work hours are 11am-6pm with alternating weekends, onsite compensation ranges from $57.81 to $72.50 per hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in TX required.
• ACPE accredited IV Certification required.
• 1+ year related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares compounded sterile products using aseptic technique.
• Reviews orders and prescriptions for admixing and dispensing.
• Supervises IV technicians and interns as assigned.
• Maintains inventory and ensures CAPS SOP compliance.
• Provides after-hours On Call coverage as needed.
