Job summary

Remedy Staffing is seeking a Staff Performance Manager for our New Berlin and Wauwatosa, WI locations. You will supervise daily personnel activities to ensure timely, accurate delivery of customer goods and services, while coaching staff and managing performance reviews and assignments.

This role collaborates with site supervisors and client management to meet staffing needs. The role involves recruiting, onboarding, attendance management, and payroll coordination when needed, with a focus on

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 6 months related experience.
• Experience in a customer service role with multi-level client communication.
• HR and data management experience.
• Demonstrable success managing a team or process.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day personnel activities to ensure timely, accurate delivery of goods and services.
• Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding procedures for clients.
• Maintain attendance and headcount reports; support payroll processing when needed.
• Communicate workforce needs to clients using labor market data to propose solutions.
• Participate in client forecasting meetings and stay informed on business needs.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through effective HR and reporting.
• Create reports (CRM, Power BI, time/attendance) to identify workforce challenges and propose solutions.
• Coach associates on policies and conduct investigations when necessary.
• Perform employee performance reviews and manage assignments.
