Job summary
Ripple is seeking a Staff Partner Engineer to lead delivery of our payment solutions for customers and partners worldwide. You will work with a diverse team to accelerate product fit, drive market traction, and enable wide-scale rollout of Ripple’s digital asset technologies.
You will partner with Product and Engineering to bring new features to market, guide customers to maximize benefits, and manage the full delivery lifecycle from kickoff to launch.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of IT/software proven experience.
- Experience delivering software solutions for global organizations.
- Ability to enable real-world use cases with new technologies.
- Strong understanding of network principles and financial services networks.
- Experience leading customer/partner software integration engagements.
Responsibilities
- Onboard, partner, and implement Ripple's solutions with customers and partners.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to bring new products to market and refine requirements.
- Serve as the functional and technical specialist to meet customer objectives.
- Drive design, deployment and successful usage of new solutions.
- Break down objectives into tasks and guide internal/external resources.
