Job summary

Dickson Health and Rehab is seeking a Staff Nurse (LPN) in Dickson, Tennessee. The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care to residents and supporting the interdisciplinary team on site.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, and participate in care planning, while supervising CNAs and ensuring compliance with regulations. The position offers full-time, part-time, and PRN options with day, evening, and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Tennessee.
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

As a SLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our team, you will play a vital role in providing direct nursing care to our residents and support the interdisciplinary team.

• Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available
• Day, Evening, and Night shifts available
• Weekend and holiday rotation may be required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive pay ($28 - $30 HOURLY) based on experience
• 1,500 Sign On Bonus over 12 month period!
