Job summary

Dickson Health and Rehab is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team. The RN oversees resident care, administers medications, supervises nursing staff, and ensures compliance with clinical and regulatory standards in a long-term care environment.

The ideal candidate holds an active Tennessee RN license, current CPR certification, and strong assessment and leadership abilities. You will collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, physicians, and care planners to maintain high-quality

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee.
• Current CPR certification (required).
• Previous long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately.
• Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs on shift.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies.
• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
