Dickson Health and Rehab in Dickson, Tennessee is seeking a Staff Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to residents, administer medications, monitor conditions, and support the care team.

The role offers day, evening, and night shifts on a full-time, part-time, or PRN basis with competitive pay ($28–$30 hourly) and a $1,500 sign-on bonus; CPR preferred, TN LPN license required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Tennessee
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
