Job summary

Family Guidance Centers, Inc. seeks an entry-level role to support clinical medication operations in a behavioral health setting. The position involves tracking controlled substances via EHR, processing physician orders, and ensuring accurate documentation in the charting system.

Responsibilities include dispensing clinic medications, managing take-home doses, educating on Naltrexone, and supporting MAT delivery with proper Chain of Custody records. Start date ASAP.

Qualifications

• At least two years' experience in hospital or agency setting (preferred).
• LPN license and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Tracks inventories of Controlled Substances II & III using EHR-based medication accounting.
• Orders Controlled Substances using DEA Form 222 and Buprenorphine order forms; receives inventory in EHR.
• Processes physicians' orders and records services in EHR; ensures compliance with signature requirements.
• Dispenses in-clinic medication and manages take-home unit doses per policy; initiates DEA Chain of Custody when needed.
• Provides education and administration of Naltrexone ER as needed.
• Documents intake and discharge, scans forms to EHR, and uses alert system as required.
• Supports Mobile Medication Assisted Treatment operations, including preparing medication for delivery with Chain of Custody documentation.

• Tracks FGC inventories of Controlled Substances II & III usingelectronic & medication accounting EHR technology.
• Ordering Controlled Substances using DEA Form 222/Buprenorphineorder form; receiving inventory by entering data in the EHR.
• Processes physicians' orders and documents the services in EHR.Audits electronic signature requirements for compliance resolution
• Accurately dispenses in-clinic medication along with unsupervisedtake-home medication ( unit doses) per FGC policy; is responsible forinitiation of FGC DEA Chain of Custody form, when applicable.
• Provides Naltrexone ER (extended release suspension) education andadministration services as needed.
• Documents completion of required intake & discharge servicesand scans forms to EHR; uses alert system as needed.
• Supports Mobile Medication Assisted Treatment operations to includepreparing medication for FGC support staff delivery via Chain ofCustody documentation.

Pay Rate: $30.00
