Job summary

Family Guidance Centers, Inc. seeks an entry-level clinician to support its methadone treatment program. You will process patients from assessment to discharge in both medication-assisted and drug-free treatment, and dispense medications under strict procedures.

Travel may be required as part of the role. Qualifications include at least two years of hospital/agency experience (preferred) and LPN licensure in Illinois with CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in hospital or agency setting preferred
• LPN license registered in Illinois and CPR certified required

Responsibilities

• Processes patients from assessment to discharge in medication-assisted and drug-free treatment programs.
• Dispenses all medication under procedures set forth by the DEA and related oversight.
• Monitors methadone and other medication dosages for safety and effectiveness.
• Monitors the physical and mental health of patients and documents findings.
• Must be available to travel if needed

• Processes patients from assessment to discharge in bothmedications assisted treatment and drug free treatment programming.
• Dispenses all medication under procedures set forth by FamilyGuidance Center,Substance Use Prevention and Recovery,ClinicalSustainability Assessment Tooland the Drug Enforcement Administration
• Monitors the appropriateness of methadone and medication dosages.
• Monitors the physical & mental health well-being of patientsand documents findings.
• Must be available to travel if needed

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $30.00
