Job summary

Family Guidance Centers, Inc. is seeking an Entry Level LPN to support our behavioral health programs in Des Plaines, IL. The role involves processing patients through MAT and drug-free pathways, dispensing medications under established procedures, and monitoring patient health.

The position requires travel as needed, availability for 3–4 days a week (6:00am–2:30pm), and start date ASAP. Pay is $30.00 per hour in a drug-free environment.

Qualifications

• LPN license in Illinois is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Two years of hospital or agency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process patients from assessment to discharge in MAT and drug-free programs.
• Dispense medications under procedures.
• Monitor methadone and other dosages.
• Monitor physical and mental health of patients and document findings.
• Travel as needed.

• Processes patients from assessment to discharge in bothmedications assisted treatment and drug free treatment programming.
• Dispenses all medication under procedures set forth by FamilyGuidance Center,Substance Use Prevention and Recovery,ClinicalSustainability Assessment Tooland the Drug Enforcement Administration
• Monitors the appropriateness of methadone and medication dosages.
• Monitors the physical & mental health well-being of patientsand documents findings.
• Must be available to travel if needed
