Job summary

Family Guidance Centers, Inc. is seeking an Entry Level LPN to join our behavioral health team in Illinois. The role involves patient processing from intake to discharge within methadone and drug-free treatment programs, with medication dispensing under regulatory procedures.

Requirements include an active LPN license in Illinois and CPR certification, plus at least two years of hospital or agency experience. Travel availability may be required depending on program needs.

Qualifications

• At least two years' experience in hospital or agency setting (preferred).
• LPN license registered in Illinois and CPR certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Processes patients from assessment to discharge in both medications assisted treatment and drug free treatment programming.
• Dispenses all medication under procedures set forth by Family Guidance Centers, Inc.
• Monitors the appropriateness of methadone and medication dosages.
• Monitors the physical & mental health well-being of patients and documents findings.
• Must be available to travel if needed.

• Monitors the appropriateness of methadone and medication dosages.
• Monitors the physical & mental health well-being of patientsand documents findings.
• Must be available to travel if needed

Schedule: Monday thru Friday

Pay Rate: $30.00
