Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own key monetization capabilities including billing, metering, and subscriptions. You will partner with engineering, revenue operations, and pricing leaders to define and execute a scalable monetization roadmap.

The role sits in a hybrid environment with two days in the Novi Sad office weekly, blending remote work with in-person collaboration as part of a global data infrastructure team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in platform, monetization, billing, payments, pricing, or infrastructure domains.
• Experience working on usage-based or SaaS monetization systems, including billing, metering, subscriptions, entitlements, invoicing, or pricing infrastructure.
• Analytical and metrics-driven with experience defining KPIs and using data to prioritize investments.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and prioritization for core monetization platform capabilities, including billing, metering, entitlements, subscriptions, invoicing, and usage reporting.
• Partner with Engineering to understand billing architecture, data flows, and operational dependencies to drive scalable improvements.
• Translate pricing and packaging strategies into clear product requirements and platform capabilities, including usage-based pricing models and contract terms.
• Define and drive the product strategy for customer-facing monetization experiences, including subscription management, billing transparency, usage visibility, and purchasing flows.
• Collaborate with pricing PMs and other product leaders to ensure monetization investments support company growth.
• Define success metrics and KPIs for billing and monetization systems and use data to improve reliability and customer outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Finance, Revenue Operations, Legal, and Customer Success.
• Support pricing and packaging launches by owning the monetization implementation workstream end-to-end.
• Identify and resolve billing edge cases, operational gaps, and customer pain points to reduce escalations.
• Bring an AI-first mindset to product development to move faster and uncover insights.
