Fivetran is seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to lead data-driven growth initiatives across its platform. You will own the growth roadmap, work with cross-functional teams, and leverage AI to improve onboarding, conversion, and monetization.

In this role, you will combine analytical rigor with product intuition to drive measurable outcomes. This hybrid role is based in Oakland, CA with a flexible remote component and in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of growth product management in a B2B SaaS context.
• Hands-on analytical skills with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Heap, Hex, Sigma, SQL).
• Expertise in A/B testing and experimentation best practices.
• Proven ability to connect customer experience across multiple products.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the growth product roadmap across the platform.
• Lead experiments from hypothesis to interpretation and scaling.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve onboarding, conversion, engagement, and monetization.
• Partner with teams on core initiatives that unblock growth across the platform.
• Gather and use data to uncover friction points and drive high-impact experiments.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to implement AI-driven experiences.
