Rythm Health, Inc. is seeking a Staff Mobile Engineer to own the mobile architecture for our at-home health platform.

You’ll shape the mobile stack from architecture through launch, collaborating with product, design, and backend teams to deliver fast, reliable health experiences for our customers. You’ll lead by example in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment, set technical direction, and write high-quality code while staying customer-focused.

• Built and shipped mobile apps used by real customers.
• Owned major architectural and technical decisions.
• Experience delivering native iOS, native Android, or cross-platform mobile development.
• Thrives in a fast-moving, highly ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Own Rythm's mobile apps from architecture and development through launch and ongoing improvement.
• Build reliable, intuitive, high-quality mobile experiences for complex health information.
• Collaborate with product and design to translate evolving requirements into technical solutions.
• Make pragmatic technical decisions balancing speed, scalability, and user experience.
• Define how we build mobile products, including testing, releases, performance, security, and monitoring.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across the mobile stack and supporting services.
• Collaborate with backend and infrastructure engineers to design dependable APIs and data flows.
• Provide technical leadership through execution, clear communication, and code reviews.
• Identify risks and help the team make better technical and product decisions.
• Leverage AI-assisted workflows to speed delivery and quality.
