Rythm Health is seeking a Staff Mobile Engineer to own and shape the mobile experience on our personalized health platform. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering to deliver high-quality mobile apps that simplify complex health data.

You will set technical direction, lead through building, and thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment. This role offers remote-first flexibility and strong equity in a fast-growing health tech company.

Qualifications

• Built and shipped mobile apps used by customers.
• Led major architectural decisions for mobile platforms.
• Experience with native iOS/Android or cross-platform development.

Responsibilities

• Own mobile apps from architecture through launch and improvement.
• Build reliable, intuitive mobile experiences for complex health data.
• Collaborate with product and design to translate requirements into solutions.
• Make practical technical decisions balancing speed, scale, and maintenance.
• Define how we build mobile products, including testing, releases, and monitoring.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across the mobile stack.
• Work with backend/infrastructure to design APIs and data flows.
• Provide technical leadership through execution and code reviews.
• Identify risks and guide the team to better decisions.
• Use AI-assisted workflows to increase speed and quality.
