Hatch is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to lead iOS and Android app development for millions of homes. You will work remotely in the US/Canada time zones (PST hours) and drive feature delivery across mobile systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building mobile apps that matter in Swift/SwiftUI or Kotlin/Jetpack Compose.
• Focus on code quality and delivering reliable, great user experiences.
• Experience leading teams, mentoring engineers, and making architecture decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of cross‑platform features and address production issues across mobile, firmware, and backend.
• Set architectural direction and collaborate with Product, Design, QA and other stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and promote AI‑assisted development practices within the team.
• Drive strategic mobile initiatives to improve app engagement and customer value.
