Job summary

HireClout is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer (Remote) to own major parts of the mobile platform and drive AI-first engineering practices. You will shape architecture, lead release delivery, and ensure high reliability across iOS and Android apps.

You will collaborate with Product and Design, stay ahead of OS changes, and mentor peers while delivering scalable mobile solutions in a fully remote environment. Expect competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with substantial mobile work.
• Experience shipping and operating production mobile apps at scale, including App Store/Google Play releases.
• Strong mobile architecture fundamentals: state management, caching, offline behavior, performance.
• Ability to read/debug Swift or Kotlin, work with native modules and SDKs.
• Experience designing testing strategies across unit/integration/end-to-end levels.
• Proven ability to diagnose performance and reliability with profiling and telemetry.
• Experience with mobile security, privacy, and accessibility patterns.
• Solid fundamentals beyond UI: APIs, data models, service integrations.
• Technical leadership: turning ambiguous problems into sound designs and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Own a mobile product area end to end, including architecture and release path.
• Set technical direction for the mobile platform and shared codebase architecture.
• Translate hard problems into executable plans with clear specs for AI agents.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA to shape mobile solutions early.
• Define success metrics using adoption, reliability, performance, and crash data.
• Manage mobile production and platform health, including incident response and rollbacks.
• Oversee the full mobile lifecycle within the area: architecture to production.
