Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Staff Software Engineer in New York City, hybrid with in-office 2–3 days/week. You will own a team’s architecture, define AI-augmented workflows, and drive end-to-end mobile platforms across Flutter and React Native.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with design and product, and help evolve mobile experiences to be best-in-class while ensuring safe, scalable, and high-quality systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years developing mobile apps on Flutter and React Native.
• Ability to design AI-augmented engineering workflows and guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Own team architecture and provide system-wide design guidance.
• Drive CI/CD, app release process, and SDK/framework upgrades.
• Mentor engineers and foster cross-functional collaboration across design and product.
