Job summary

Press Ganey is seeking a Staff ML Engineer to bridge the gap from AI Agent prototype to shipped, scaled product. You will design and deploy production-ready AI agents that integrate with enterprise applications and business processes.

You will collaborate with AI Scientists, ML Engineers, and Software Engineers to productionize models, establish guardrails, and drive architectural decisions across microservices and APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including leading complex initiatives.
• Experience building AI-enabled applications in distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Establish robust evaluation, monitoring, guardrails, and safety for LLM-powered apps.
• Architect scalable AI-enabled capabilities within Java/Spring platform and microservices.
