You will work on core AI initiatives within our Java/Spring platform and distributed microservices, delivering production-ready agents and safe, reliable AI features.

You will collaborate with AI scientists and engineers, implement robust guardrails, and stay current with AI tech to drive scalable solutions in an enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on ML engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy production-ready AI agents and workflows integrated with enterprise apps.
• Implement evaluation, monitoring, guardrails, and safety frameworks for LLM-powered apps.
• Develop AI-enabled features within the Java/Spring platform and microservices.
• Collaborate with AI Scientists and ML Engineers to productionize models.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and propose pragmatic adoption strategies.
• Participate in design reviews, stand-ups, and requirement planning.
