Job summary

Press Ganey Associates LLC is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents within our Java/Spring microservices ecosystem. You will collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to productionize models and continuously improve product capabilities.

The role emphasizes RAG, LangChain/LangGraph tool usage, and scalable AI-powered features across enterprise environments, with a hybrid US work arrangement and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field or equivalent
• 2–5 years of hands-on ML engineering experience
• Strong CS fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and performance
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#
• Experience deploying ML services within enterprise software ecosystems
• Hands-on with LangChain, LangGraph, Spring AI or MCP
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and tool calling
• CI/CD, observability, and production operations for AI apps

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy production-ready AI agents and agentic workflows
• Implement evaluation, monitoring, guardrails, and safety frameworks for LLM apps
• Develop and maintain AI-enabled features within Java/Spring platform and microservices
• Collaborate with AI scientists and ML engineers to productionize models
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and adoption strategies
• Work with cross-functional teams including tech-ops and product managers
• Participate in design reviews and requirements planning
• Attend stand-ups and deliver value with prototyping for large problems
