Job summary

Press Ganey seeks an ML Engineer II to expand and scale its AI capabilities across multiple business units. You will work on core AI initiatives, build production-ready AI agents, and enhance our Java/Spring platform with advanced AI features.

You will collaborate with AI scientists and engineers, implement safety and evaluation frameworks, and stay current with new AI tech to improve product capabilities and developer productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-5 years of hands-on ML engineering experience with production ML models.
• Strong CS fundamentals and OO design knowledge.
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow in production.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy production-ready AI agents and agentic workflows that integrate with enterprise applications and processes.
• Implement evaluation, monitoring, guardrail, and safety frameworks for de-risking LLM-powered apps.
• Develop and maintain AI-enabled features within the Java/Spring platform and distributed microservices.
• Collaborate with AI scientists and ML engineers to productionize models.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
• Work with specialists, tech-ops, and product managers for feedback.
• Participate in design reviews and requirement planning to grow skills.
• Attend daily stand-ups and deliver value with urgency.
• Prototype and test quick solutions to large problems.
