Jobgether is seeking a data-driven Staff Marketing Manager to shape customer engagement across email and push, owning the full lifecycle from strategy through experimentation and measurement. You will drive scalable, personalized campaigns and work closely with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to optimize engagement infrastructure and retention.

With a strong emphasis on data, analytics, and AI literacy, you will lead strategic initiatives, harness tools like Braze, Iterable, and Salesforce

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data-driven marketing with strong analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience with Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• AI literacy plus SQL/HTML familiarity preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end email and push strategy, including planning, execution, and scaling.
• Build campaigns with segmentation and personalization to drive retention and lifetime value.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to enhance engagement infrastructure.
