Progyny is seeking a Growth Marketing Campaigns Associate in New York City to lead end-to-end production of marketing campaigns. You will manage email and push campaigns, run A/B tests, and partner with analytics and product teams to drive member acquisition and engagement.

The role requires 1–3 years in campaign creation on platforms like SFMC, Braze, or Marketo, with strong project management and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience creating campaigns in SFMC, Braze or Marketo platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience with QA processes and data-driven campaign optimization.
• Track record of executing growth campaigns (email and push) in fast-paced environments.
