Responsibilities

• Work corrective actions for discrepancies in a manufacturing environment across multiple portions of the build.
• Conduct critical reviews of processes to identify gaps and close the process gaps to reduce variation and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with quality engineering and production operations to triage repeat failure modes.
• Utilize lean six sigma toolsets to identify root causes and develop corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with team members to support product improvement initiatives.
