Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM required.
• Active security clearance and ability to obtain program access.
• Experience in manufacturing with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with electrical harness design review, fabrication and installation.
• Experience supporting shop floor activities and resolving constraints.
• Proficient in 3D modelling and MES/PLM systems.
• Experience with MRP/SAP or MES applications.
• Knowledge of CAPP and SOM planning functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes and layouts.
• Drive adoption of automation, robotics, and CAD/CAM software.
• Create and analyze 3D model data to optimize workflows.
• Evaluate equipment performance and initiate corrective actions for efficiency.
• Use factory data for SPC and data analytics to improve quality and cost.
• Provide input to design concepts to optimize manufacturing techniques.
