Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in defense production.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing and hardware build from designs.
• Ability to analyze electrical and mechanical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes, procedures and layouts.
• Drive adoption of automation, robotics and CAD/CAM software.
• Create 3D model data environments to optimize processes.
• Define operations procedures and build sequences for excellence.
• Evaluate equipment performance and investigate issues.
• Leverage factory data for SPC and continuous improvement.
• Provide input to product design regarding manufacturing feasibility.
