EY is seeking a Staff Internet Ingress & Edge Engineer to support enterprise delivery and ingress operations across AWS, AVI, Azure, DNS, certificates, and edge security. This hands-on role partners with multiple teams and follows runbooks, with development path and opportunities in a global firm.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor’s degree in IT or CS, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in networking or cloud operations.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS.
• Experience troubleshooting production infrastructure.
• Ability to follow change controls and runbooks.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ingress and edge platform health, alerts, capacity, and performance.
• Support AWS ALB/NLB, AVI load balancers, Azure ingress services.
• Assist with onboarding, migration, and traffic management for applications.
• Manage DNS records, SSL/TLS certificates, and edge security tasks.
• Use Terraform and Git for IaC changes and document procedures.
• Maintain operational records and participate in incident response.
