Job summary

Scale GP is seeking a Senior or Staff Infrastructure Engineer to serve as a technical lead, defining deployment standards for Agentic workflows at scale. You will architect multi-cloud infrastructure, enhance observability, and drive compliance and security standards across enterprise deployments.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, mentoring, and strategic technical direction, with collaboration across platform and product teams to build scalable, low-latency systems for regulated industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience.
• Deep understanding of modern infrastructure practices including CI/CD, IaC, container orchestration and observability.
• Extensive experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong knowledge of security and compliance in enterprise environments (data isolation, access management).
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Architect multi-cloud systems and abstractions to run the platform on top of cloud providers.
• Analyze logs and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Define patterns for secure, reliable, and scalable Agentic workflows at scale.
• Enhance CI/CD, testing, data quality, end-to-end reconciliation, and anomaly detection.
• Lead collaboration with platform/product teams to deploy scalable infrastructure.
• Design and champion observability platforms and low-latency infrastructure for multi-agent systems.
• Own infrastructure roadmap with emphasis on compliance, privacy, and security.
• Develop and maintain an Agentic observability platform (logging, metrics, tracing, analytics).
• Advance Infrastructure-as-Code across the engineering organization.
