Job summary

Scale is seeking an Infrastructure Software Engineer to architect and scale multi-cloud infrastructure for its Enterprise GenAI platform across customers and regulators. You will build distributed systems across AWS, Azure, and GCP to support a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

The role requires 4+ years of engineering experience, fluency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript and SQL, and hands-on Kubernetes and cloud experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-time engineering experience after graduation.
• Experience scaling products at hyper growth startups.
• Experience with LLMs, vector databases and AI tech trends.
• Proficient in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript and SQL.
• Experience with Kubernetes and major cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Ability to explain complex concepts to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Architect multi-cloud systems to run Scale's GenAI platform on top of cloud providers.
• Implement integrations between the platform and customer data environments.
• Collaborate with platform, product teams and customers to scale infrastructure.
• Deliver experiments quickly with high quality to engage customers.
• Work across the full product lifecycle from concept to production.
