Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to lead the architecture and deployment of enterprise-grade, multi-cloud infrastructure.

You will define standards for Agentic workflows, drive reliability, observability, and scalable performance across cloud providers. You will mentor teams, shape technical strategy, and deliver hands-on implementations spanning Terraform, Kubernetes, and observability tooling while maintaining security and privacy as top priorities for regulated

Qualifications

5+ years in senior infrastructure or software engineering.
Strong multi-cloud deployment and security practices.
Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript and SQL.
Experience with IaC and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

Architect multi-cloud systems and abstractions for the Scale GP platform.
Analyze logs and metrics to identify improvement areas in the data/AI stack.
Define patterns to support secure, reliable, scalable Agentic workflows.
Enhance CI/CD, testing, data quality, reconciliation, and anomaly detection.
Collaborate with platform/product teams to implement scalable infra.
Design scalable, low-latency infrastructure for multi-agent systems at enterprise scale.
Own the infra road map with a focus on security, privacy, and compliance.
Develop and maintain an observability platform (logging, metrics, tracing).
Build automated tooling and advocate IaC across the org.
