Job summary
Scale GP is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design and delivery of multi-cloud infrastructure for enterprise AI workloads. You will architect capabilities across AWS, Azure and GCP, focusing on reliability, security, and scalable Agentic workflows, while mentoring a team and guiding long-term technical strategy.
Responsibilities include building observability platforms, driving IaC and CI/CD improvements, and collaborating with product teams to scale the platform
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience in infrastructure or platform teams.
- Deep knowledge of CI/CD, IaC and container orchestration with modern observability.
- Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP and security/compliance in enterprise settings.
Responsibilities
- Architect multi-cloud systems to run Scale GP platform on top of cloud providers.
- Define architectural patterns for secure, reliable, and scalable Agentic workflows.
- Own development and maintenance of observability tooling (logging/metrics/tracing).
- Advance CI/CD, IaC, testing, data quality, and end-to-end reconciliation.
- Lead infra roadmap with emphasis on privacy, security, and change management.
