Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant industry experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience within an Agile/Scrum team as SW SME.
• Strong proficiency in full‑stack C#/.NET development and core CS fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience on embedded Windows targets (Windows IoT) and integration with device controllers.
• Proven experience building secure connected/IoT edge applications (TLS, certificates, secure connectivity).
• Experience with regulated SDLC (IEC 62304, FDA guidance), requirements, design, testing, and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Architect major software features and development plans.
• Lead product planning to define timelines.
• Build production-grade on-device apps/services in C#/.NET for Windows targets.
• Design secure device-to-cloud connectivity and cloud back-end integrations (Azure).
• Drive quality with unit/integration/system tests, observability, and CI/CD.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum workflows and mentor junior engineers.
