You will lead lean initiatives, develop new programs, and train teams to eliminate waste while supporting autonomous project work in a hybrid environment with travel to multiple sites. Formación

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Industrial Engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards.
• Experienced in project management.
• Basic 2D/3D CAD software skills.
• Up to 30% travel required.

Responsabilidades

• Enforce quality control to reduce waste.
• Improve efficiency of fulfillment and transportation processes.
• Evaluate, estimate, and manage project proposals and budgets.
• Lead and participate in corrective and preventive action teams.
• Provide floor support, troubleshooting, and guidance on process improvements.
• Develop CAD drawings and process cost analyses.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on new processes and equipment planning.
• Define and document Standard Operating Procedures for new/modified processes.
• Remove barriers to achieve project goals and track progress.
• Follow environmental, quality, and safety best practices.
