ShipBob, Inc. is seeking a Staff Industrial Engineer to optimize warehouse and distribution processes across our network. The role emphasizes lean methodologies, data-driven improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to eliminate waste and improve throughput.

You will develop new programs, provide floor guidance, and lead process-improvement initiatives to support scalable growth and operational excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years in Industrial Engineering.
• Lean/six sigma and continuous improvement experience.
• Ability to develop process improvements across warehouse networks.

Aufgaben

• Enforce quality control to reduce waste.
• Improve the efficiency of fulfillment and transportation processes.
• Investigate, develop estimates, and manage project proposals.
• Lead corrective and preventive action teams from quality issues.
• Provide floor support and participate on process-improvement teams.
• Develop CAD drawings, process flow charts, cost saving analyses.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on new processes and equipment planning.
• Define and document SOPs for new/modified processes.
• Identify and remove barriers to project goals.
• Manage data collection and analysis for project tracking.
• Follow Environmental, Quality, and Safety Management best practices.
• Comply with relevant safety and quality policies.
