Job summary

ShipBob, Inc. is seeking a Staff Industrial Engineer – Supply Chain Operations to optimize future supply chain flows within our facilities. You’ll develop product flows for merchant experience and efficiency, work autonomously on process improvements, and lead lean/six sigma initiatives to eliminate waste.

You’ll train teams and guide improvement programs across the warehouse network. The role requires strong CAD capability, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of improving

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Industrial Engineering.
• Experience launching process automation to optimize efficiency.
• Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards.
• Six Sigma Black Belt and knowledge of lean/continuous improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current supply chain practices and identify those needing improvement.
• Enforce quality control to reduce waste.
• Improve the efficiency of fulfillment and transportation processes.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams on new processes and equipment planning.
• Develop CAD drawings, process flow charts, cost saving analysis.
• Establishing and tracking key operational metrics.
• Follow Environmental, Quality, and Safety Management best practices.
