ShipBob, Inc. is seeking a Staff Industrial Engineer – Supply Chain Operations to drive process improvements across our warehouse network. You will lead lean projects, develop CAD drawings, and mentor teams while collaborating with multiple functions to eliminate waste and boost efficiency.

The role emphasizes on-site collaboration with a hybrid setup and occasional travel. A strong background in Industrial Engineering, project management, and data-driven problem solving is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional Industrial Engineering experience.
• Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards.
• Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Basic 2D/3D CAD software skills; travel up to 30%.

Responsabilités

• Enforce quality control to reduce waste.
• Improve fulfillment and transportation process efficiency.
• Investigate, evaluate, develop project estimates and proposals.
• Lead corrective and preventive action teams from customer issues.
• Provide floor-level technical support and guide process teams.
• Develop CAD drawings, process flow charts, and cost analyses.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on new processes and equipment.
• Define SOPs for new/modified processes.
• Identify barriers to achieve project goals.
• Manage data collection and project tracking.
• Follow safety, environmental, and quality policies.
