Crusoe is seeking a Staff Instrumentation & Controls Engineer to lead campus-level BMS/EPMS in a multi-building facility. You will drive controls architecture for tenant programs and ensure alignment with Crusoe's goals, while mentoring engineers and technicians.

You will draft standards, review designs, and provide technical support across departments, balancing project scope with system performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Instrumentation & Controls experience in data centers or large-scale facilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven mastery of controls platforms and networking architectures.
• Strong client-facing communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead tenant program controls architecture and execution across buildings.
• Draft and maintain enterprise control standards including PLC/SCADA.
• Review design deliverables for adherence to standards and architecture.
• Mentor Technicians and Engineers through on-the-job training.
