Samsung Austin Research and Development Center (SARC) and Advanced Computing Lab (ACL) are seeking a Staff GPU Design Verification Engineer – Subsystems to verify next‑generation mobile GPU subsystems. In this mid‑to‑senior IC role, you will contribute to verification strategy, build testbenches, and collaborate across architecture, design, and software teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/engineering; advanced degrees preferred.
• Hands-on GPU/CPU verification experience.
• Strong knowledge of computer architecture and GPU subsystems.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to verification strategy and plans for one or more GPU subsystems.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable testbenches using SystemVerilog, UVM, and C++.
• Develop constrained-random testing, coverage-driven verification, and assertions to validate subsystem behavior.
• Debug and resolve failures; collaborate with architecture and design teams to ensure alignment with specifications.
• Advance verification methodologies and automation across blocks and interfaces.
