Job summary

Samsung’s SARC/ACL unit seeks a Senior Staff GPU Design Verification Engineer – Subsystems to shape verification for next-generation mobile GPU subsystems. You will design, implement, and maintain scalable testbenches using SystemVerilog, UVM, and C++, applying constrained-random testing to validate complex block interactions.

You will collaborate with architecture, design, and software teams, drive verification strategy, and mentor teammates to achieve first-pass silicon success while advancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or higher.
• Master’s Degree or Ph.D. can substitute years of experience.
• 8+ years in GPU/CPU or advanced semiconductor design verification.

Responsibilities

• Verify one or more GPU subsystems by developing verification plans and sign-off criteria.
• Architect and implement advanced verification environments with SystemVerilog, UVM, and C++.
• Develop constrained-random test scenarios and coverage-driven verification across blocks and interfaces.
• Analyze failures, drive debug with design and architecture teams to meet architectural intent.
• Mentor engineers and stay current with verification methodologies and tools.
