Harnham is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, AI Product to design and deliver AI-powered features for a collaborative platform. This remote role in the United States emphasizes building production-grade systems end-to-end, from ideation with product and design to deployment and monitoring at scale.

You’ll mentor engineers, prototype rapidly, and translate complex problems into practical ML-driven solutions that improve user experience and decision-making for teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years building generative AI products in production.
• Experience across Frontend (React/TypeScript), Backend (Python), and UI/UX for AI Tools.
• Experience taking AI features from concept to production and maintaining them at scale.

• Build and iterate on AI-powered product features that enhance user experience and collaboration
• Develop early-stage AI systems and frameworks with measurable improvements in performance and relevance
