Job summary

Weave is seeking a Staff GenAI Engineer to lead the ML Platform across voice and audio modalities. You will bridge advanced ML and customer-facing products, driving scalable infrastructure and expert guidance for multiple teams in a remote US-based role.

Responsibilities include shaping architectural standards, mentoring senior engineers, and delivering high-scale AI solutions for healthcare-focused products like Call Intelligence and AI Receptionist.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Machine Learning or AI, with a focus on audio and voice GenAI solutions at scale.
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying ML-driven B2B multi-tenant applications in production.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems architecture and scalable data stores.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and high-scale audio/voice models.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ML infrastructure, tooling, and models to deliver world-class experiences.
• Lead cross-team initiatives and elevate engineering standards across the fellowship.
• Mentor Staff and Senior Engineers and drive architectural coherence across teams.
• Translate product goals into scalable, resilient services in a cloud environment.
