You will design platforms enabling AI integration, drive architectural coherence, and steer strategic initiatives to keep Weave at the forefront of healthcare communications.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in ML/AI with focus on audio/voice GenAI at scale.
• Experience building multi-tenant production ML services.
• Expert in distributed systems and cloud-native infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ML infra, tooling, and models for scalable AI features.
• Lead cross-team initiatives and set engineering standards.
• Mentor Staff and Senior Engineers across the fellowship.
• Partner with engineering managers and stakeholders to drive architecture.
