Job summary

Weave is seeking ML engineers to design and develop ML infrastructure and models that power AI features across our products. You will collaborate with product, backend, frontend, and devops teams in a highly autonomous environment to deliver scalable, observable services handling hundreds of millions of data points daily.

You’ll work on data lifecycle, model deployment, and tooling, enabling teams to build customer-facing AI experiences while maintaining high quality and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in backend engineering (Go/Java/Python).
• Experience with large-scale data and production ML systems.
• Experience deploying ML-driven applications in production.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ML infrastructure, tooling, and models for scale.
• Help teams understand data lifecycle and experimental nature of ML.
• Build internal platforms to enable AI features in products.
• Consult with teams on ML patterns, tradeoffs, and customer impact.
• Build scalable services for data integration, event processing, and platform extensions.
• Evolve product features to handle large data and traffic.
