Job summary

GitLab is hiring a Staff Fullstack Engineer - Data Products to build in-product insights on the Data Insights Platform and Knowledge Graph. You will anchor cross-functional work across dashboards, ingestion, and data delivery, shaping architecture from early design to production health.

You will guide teams, own outcomes for GitLab.com and related environments, and mentor engineers while collaborating with Product, Design, and backend groups to turn data delivery into actionable intelligence.

Qualifications

• Experience owning product or platform systems end to end across multiple teams.
• Strong fullstack skills with Go, Ruby, and Node in production.
• Hands-on data ingestion, integrations, or data access capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Architect data ingestion, modeling, and synchronization across the Knowledge Graph.
• Coordinate integrations with Jira, observability tools, Zendesk and ServiceNow.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews and code reviews.
