Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Staff Fullstack Engineer for Data Products to shape in-product insights on the Data Insights Platform and Knowledge Graph. You will anchor technical decisions across dashboards, ingestion, and data delivery, guiding work from specification through production health.

You will partner with Product, Design, and backend teams to own outcomes in multiple environments, influencing architecture and roadmaps in a rapid, data-driven team.

Qualifications

• Experience owning product or platform systems end to end across multiple teams.
• Strong fullstack skills with Go, Ruby, and Node.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS and self-managed environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect ingestion, modeling, and synchronization into the Knowledge Graph.
• Coordinate integration with Jira, observability tools, Zendesk, and ServiceNow.
• Design the Data Marketplace for Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery access without handoffs.
• Publish observability data via OpenTelemetry and support data access APIs.
• Define operational readiness for deployed systems across environments.
• Translate ambiguous problems into concrete technical plans and roadmaps with Product/Design.
• Mentor engineers through reviews, pairing, and code reviews.
